For centuries, a living wall of thorns protected the kingdom. Then the Queen fell asleep and dreamed of a garden without people. The thorns began marching on its cities.
Your guide is the Gardener. He once tended the Queen’s wall. Now he helps you cut it down.
To stop the march, you must cross the garden, reach the throne and wake the Queen.
Choose your path.
Build your power.
Your hero attacks automatically. You decide where to move, which experience crystals to chase and when to break through a closing ring of enemies.
Move to survive
Circle the hordes, break vases for rewards and seek out Guardians. Standing still is dangerous.
Shape your build
Each level offers three upgrade cards. Add a new ability or strengthen one you already have.
Unleash Thorn Wrath
Send thorns bursting out around you when you need a way through. Save your charge for the right moment.
Turn your build
into a storm.
Raining fire, circling spirits, icy chains and burning ground. Combine their effects and find your own way through the horde.

Ten heroes.
Ten ways to fight.
A fragile mage, a swift blade, a towering tank or an alchemist who reshapes your build. Each hero brings a distinctive trait and their own movement and attack animations.
At the end of every cycle,
she is waiting.
Survive until the Gates open, then face the Queen of Thorns. Multiple phases, spreading projectiles and sweeping attacks put your build to the test.
Victory begins a harder cycle. Beyond the throne hall lie the thorn garden, catacombs, the heavenly stairway and the ashlands.

The development build already includes an arena, a Trophy Road and Thorn War against bots. The next step is real players, with plans and tactics of their own.
Six-player online battles
Contest places of power and fight other heroes. Your accumulated kills send new enemy waves toward your rivals.
A march beyond death
The planned twist: a fallen player’s horde turns on their killer. Winning a duel could bring a new threat.
Duos and Orders
Play with a friend, climb a seasonal Thorn League, join player communities and take part in Order wars.

About the game
Has Thornmarch been released?
Thornmarch is in development. A free Android development build, v0.1.0, is available on itch.io. It requires Android 8.0 or newer and a 64-bit ARM device.
Which platforms is it being developed for?
Android and iOS, with a portrait layout and one-handed controls.
Can I play with friends?
Arena opponents in the current test build are bots. Online battles and a duo mode with a friend are planned.
